What this agent delivers

Live perpetual-futures funding rates for BTC, ETH, SOL and XRP. Checks Binance, Bybit, OKX, Hyperliquid, dYdX v4, Coinbase and Deribit on every request; Binance and Bybit are not reachable from this deployment's own host region and are withheld, never estimated, whenever a current, fresh reading isn't available. Each venue's raw rate is unchanged, plus its own confirmed/documented settlement interval, the rate normalised onto a common 8h basis, and annualised -- comparing raw rates across venues on different schedules is actively misleading.
