Cross-venue perpetual-futures funding-rate arbitrage scan across BTC, ETH, SOL and XRP, annualising each venue's rate on its own confirmed interval and ranking spreads into a market-neutral long/short pairing per asset. Checks Binance, Bybit, OKX, Hyperliquid, dYdX v4, Coinbase and Deribit; Binance and Bybit are not reachable from this deployment's own host region and are withheld whenever a current, fresh reading isn't available. Ranking an asset needs at least two reachable venues. This route auto-pauses (HTTP 503, no charge) whenever every asset drops below that, re-enabling once coverage recovers -- see /v1/service-health for live status.
